J.O.Y. Jodi's Online Yoga

 

I am so excited to share JOY with the world! 

 

I've had a calling to teach ever since I was a kid. As soon as I was old enough to work, I became a gymnastics coach.  I then studied education and became an English Teacher. After the first class I taught, I realized the kids have more to teach me than I have to teach them. I love to teach because when you teach, you learn.

 

Once I found yoga, I became completely mesmerized by how absolutely happy the practice made me feel. I now teach yoga in the Philadelphia area and hope to share yoga with you through J.O.Y.

 

Yoga is truly a life changing practice that will bring you more health and happiness. Step onto the path with me and together we will enjoy the journey.
